WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT THAN OTHER PROVIDERS?
We focus on getting your website work for you, not another way round. We don’t boast about “you can have unlimited this and that”, and in reality you end up spending countless hours to create pages and add-ones without any results. YOU ARE A REALTOR, DO WHAT REALTORS DO. We setup your site, pages and network, frontend and backend. You can be sure everything that should work as a Realtor’s website is working. The best part of it, is that there’s no need for you to spend hours to add pages, add buildings, add neighbourhoods, configure webmaster, services, wondering if it actually works… etc.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE BY PAGES?
“Network resource optimization”. In short, it gives you a better SEO management, make your site more focused (both in the front end and in the back end), and it delivers better value for you. We only want to build agent sites that work. You can certainly spend 100s of hours to create countless pages with any automated agent website providers out there. But a mega website without visitors is just as good as a 1 page website. Let’s just say we have a VERY different approach when it comes to providing agent websites. Chat with us to know more.
WHAT’S THE SETUP FEE FOR?
Every website is created different, or it should be. We are sure you don’t want to have the same setup as a realtor in other part of the province. We do not use automated site generation. Your site is created from scratch and that’s why we have a turnaround time for each packages. SEO setup is a big thing for us. So with all these search engine focused practices put together, your site stands out in a sea of machine generated agent websites. Since this is a manual setup, we cannot waive the setup fee.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY “REAL LEAD GENERATION”? AREN’T OTHER PROVIDERS LEAD GEN TOO?
“Lean Generation” is a buzz word that everyone likes to use. It is true that every platform has some sort of lead generation functions build into it. Some would call a listing page with a contact form attached so a potential client can reach you via such form… is some sort of lead generation. We do it quite differently though. By using our SEO technology and technique, even without any ongoing SEO practices, your website with us is able to tell search engine that you are an active agent in the specific area (STARTER package and up). We deeply believe this is the bare minimum any real estate agent’s website should do. Unfortunately, like we mentioned before, any auto generated sites or “unlimited” everything providers just don’t do that.
IF you really want to be serious about getting constant leads to your site, you will need to have an ongoing SEO to compete with others. Don’t be tricked into believing that you can beat websites that spend over $3,000 plus monthly, by merely using a miracle platform that costs you next to nothing. It just doesn’t work that way.

WHAT’S “LISTING UPLOAD PER MONTH”? DO YOU UPLOAD THEM? ISN’T IT AUTOMATIC LIKE EVERYONE ELSE?
Yes we upload your listing to your website (not to MLS). every time you have a listing, just send us the MLS number and media files and we will upload it on to your website. No, it’s not an auto upload with us. Automatic fetching is not good for website ranking. Manual upload has many benefits (Did we mention we like SEO a lot?). One major benefit is that the listing photos can be displayed in a much higher resolution, which MLS fetched images cannot do. We don’t assume your clients only use cellphone or tablet to view your website.
I DON’T WANT LISTING UPLOAD, EVERYONE ELSE DOES IT AUTOMATICALLY. CAN IT BE CHEAPER THAN?
You definitely can have auto-upload for your own listing. But we will still require you to convert the upload quota to blog upload. In the name of Search Engine Optimization, this is highly recommended. Listing upload is a value added service, so unfortunately we cannot reduce the price should you choose not to use it. If you want nothing of the sort, just pick our Starter Package ($59).
I LIKE TO HAVE A SEMI-CUSTOM SITE BUT ONLY NEED TO UPLOAD 1 LISTING A MONTH.. IS THERE A PACKAGE FOR THAT?

IS THE STARTER PACKAGE GOOD ENOUGH?
Absolutely. We understand every agent has a different approach to the industry, but we did not take any shortcut on the Starter Package. You get one of the best priced IDX solution in the nation, plus a working SEO setup for your landing page – very important if you want your clients to search your name online and find your website right away. And just like all other packages, your website is working for you. You won’t miss that phone call when a potential client look you up and couldn’t find you. With 3 pages, farm a small area and be the expert in it.
DO I EMAIL YOU FOR EVERYTHING? LIKE LISTING UPLOAD, SOLD STATUS ETC? CAN I USE WHATSAPP OR OTHER APPS TO CONTACT YOU?
We receive and process all orders by email ONLY. While this might seem very yesterday, but with our experiences on messaging apps, they are just too unreliable for mission critical items like your business functions. Service downtime is very frequent, and for some users if they forgot to update their apps for a few revisions, the app could stop working altogether. While it might take the extra 30 seconds to load up your email app and enter our address, it is still way faster if your order is not properly received at all.
I HAVE A LOT OF LISTING PHOTOS, WHAT IS YOUR STORAGE POLICY?
Starter 2GB, Standard 10GB, Pro 25GB, Full custom 100GB, and Enterprise 1TB. We don’t advertise these figures because most of the time you won’t use it all. Most agents tend go with packages with either 10 or 25 Gb. A typical 4k photo in JPEG is about 1MB in size, you will need 10,000 photos to fill a 10GB Standard included storage. Judging by a typical listing would have 25 photos, you will need 400 active+sold listings. Video is a lot bigger though. A Full HD video is about 60MB per minute, so you will need 166 minutes of video to fill a 10GB storage, or 416 minutes for 25 GB. Most property videos are roughly 2 minutes in length so you can have about 83 of it with 10GB. You can obviously upload video yourself to a public video site and just add the link in your listing page. There are pros and cons for that practice. Contact us to know more.
I JUST SOLD MY LISTING, WHAT HAPPENS TO IT?
Email us a quick line and we will transfer it to your SOLD page. If you don’t have a sold page, we will just change the status to sold. All related file and media will stay the same.
CAN I HAVE A FUNCTION WHERE A NEW BLOG POST IS CREATED EVERY TIME I SOLD A LISTING?
If you really insist. But no. If you like functions that do things automatically, we are not the provider to do that. Yes it seems nice and easy to have a bot to create a blog post every time you sold something, Search Engine Crawlers can recognize your last 10 posts all start with “Hey, check this listing I just sold at xyz location……”. You probably know where we are going with this at this point.
HOW DO I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES?
We accept all major credit card for monthly charges and setup fees. For monthly, we require your credit to be on file so it will be charged automatically every month. We do not offer discount on annual payment. We do not do annual payment since we require no contract.
